Overview: GC Ultimate 2 is Hand Held Legend’s second-generation GC-style controller, built on everything learned from the original GC Ultimate, a favorite among Smash players since 2024. GCU 2 keeps the drift-free TMR sticks, split D-pad, and open-source firmware that made the original a hit, and adds an upgraded wireless chip, Switch 2 compatibility, a new wired-only option, and new colorways. Funded on Kickstarter in February 2026, on track to ship Q4 2026.
